Why India is a paradise for intolerant Missionaries?

Why and How India is a intolerant Missionaries paradise. The Democracy, Liberal views of Hindus, the tolerance of Hindus, divisions among Hindus, over protection of minorities by Indian Constitution (*) are some of the reason why intolerant Missionaries thrive in India.

(*). Minorities have more rights over majority according Indian Constitution. Only Muslims and Christians can qualify as minorities. Indian constitution clubbed Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs and other religions together and call them majority. In reality they are all consist of small factions without any real unity.

1) The numerical minority of Hindus in Muslim dominated Jammu and Kashmir are categorized as majority and denied all basic human rights.
2) The numerical minority of Hindus in Christian dominated North-Eastern states of India are categorized as majority and denied all basic human rights.
3) Hindus can not establish educations institutions (govt. funded). Government only funds with tax payers money to Muslim and Christian Educational institutions. You know why illiteracy and poverty is rampant in India. It is because Hindus were denied the right to establish educational institutions.
4) Hindus are denied to manage their own Temples. And Temple money is diverted to fund Muslim Haj and Christian visits to Jerusalem. Hindu Temple money is spend on constructing new Muslim maques and Christian Churches.
5) Reservations to converted Christians and Muslims.
6) Tax payer money is paid to monorites for their education, health and other needs.
7) Hindus were divided on Caste lines (offering reservations on Caste basis) so they never come together as community. Divided Hindus is good for corrupt politicians.
