Hinduism - a system devoid of structure and methodology?

Why Hinduism lacks structure, functionality and methodology? Because it is an informal, undefined, loose and open system. The essential characteristics of Hinduism are

1) lack of organizational structure

2) lack of rules and procedures

3) no membership (paid or unpaid)

4) loose bonds between the members

5) no central authority

6) diversity of thought and views

7) dynamic and direction less

8) wild and uncontrollable

9) divisible

10) lack of central leadership

11) ad hoc decision making

12) can not withstand external aggression

13) succumb to internal contradictions and challenges

14) no methodology to conduct the business

15) functions are not well defined

In order to face external and internal aggression from intolerant ideologies, Hindus must come up with a system that can ensure the survival of the belief systems, social systems, cultural traits. It needs the following asap

1) centralized hierarchical structure

2) well defined methodology

3) membership based

4) role based leadership

5) bound together by codified rules and order

6) simple rules to follow

7) well defined scriptures

8) well trained team to face external internal challenges

9) well defined practices

10) will power to overcome challenges

Why Hindu leaders fail their followers? Is it difficult to lead Hindus? What was the reason? Probably it was the Caste hatred between various Castes. Once we remove such hatred, we can easily unite Hindus.
